We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the order for a full refund of the paid price. 

We accept returns and exchanges of the product within 10 days from the date on which your order was delivered. For all return requests and exchange kindly write to us on customercare@kamikubi.com with your order number.

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Kami Kubi website. We would not be able to accept requests for returns/exchanges for products purchased from other online and offline distributors.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

  1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and our customer care team will update on refund or exchange.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO KAMI KUBI, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

To raise a return request, please drop us an email on customercare@kamikubi.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order ID, product name and product SKU on the email for ease of processing.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item. However, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +919904402381.

EXCHANGES:

At Kami Kubi, we have a 10-day exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, we will provide you with a replacement of the item, free of cost. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Only size exchanges are allowed.
  2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately

NOTE: WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

REFUND POLICY

Once the return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by our quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as below:

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/COD handling charges will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at customercare@kamikubi.com within 24 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited using the same payment mode through which the payment was made.

PLEASE NOTE:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.

Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
